Two old friends looking to add a new one in balham

We are two good friends for the last 15+ years, not just looking for a third person to split the bill, but someone where we can all enjoy each others company when working from home, watching sport (F1 or football are often on) and going out together to interesting events.
Both of us like sport, politics, global affairs, pub quizzes. Both quite warm and empathetic (and sometimes a bit camp), and will take genuine interest in your life and will make efforts to help on different things.
Luca – works in politics (29 yo)
Joe - works in finance/ strategy (turning 29 in Nov)
In terms of the house, we make an effort to look after it, giving it a proper clean each week. We have been living here for 3 years, and have a good and responsive landlord, and faced no real issues with the place in our time here.
Flat is really well located between Balham (national rail and tube, 10 min walk), and Tooting Bec Underground (5 min walk), with Tooting Common, supermarkets and various brunch spots close nearby.
Neither of us are big clubbing fans or heavy drinkers, but still enjoy going to events or pub quizzes. We’re looking for someone at a similar stage in life who won’t be going out all the time but is still keen on interesting events.
Moving in from early December (no earlier than the 4th please)
