Spacious double room available - 5 mins from tube!

We’re looking for someone to take over our room in a great split-level flat just a few minutes walk from Tooting Bec Station. We’ve lived here for the past year and a half and absolutely loved it!

You’ll be sharing with Sheldon and Em, two lovely housemates and young professionals. Sheldon works as a Business Development Manager and runs his own music page, while Em is a Costume Designer. They both lead active social lives but also enjoy a cosy night in, watching a movie, so they’re looking for someone like minded to join the flat.

The flat is split over two levels. Sheldon and Em have the top floor (which includes an en-suite), while the 4th floor has the available bedroom, the main bathroom, kitchen, and living room. There is also a balcony on the top floor which we all use and a shared garden with the rest of the building.

The flat is situated between both Tooting common and Wandsworth common, on a lovely residential road.

The room comes with a large chest of drawers (which needs to stay), and the rest of the flat is fully furnished. We’re happy to leave our wardrobes too (the two white Ikea wardrobes) if you would like them.
