Lovely double bedroom in 5-bed in Tooting Bec

I’m going travelling so we’re on the hunt for a new housemate to replace me in December! The room is spacious and fully furnished with a bed, drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. Rent is £855 per month with an additional £60 for bills.

The house has 2 bathrooms, a decent kitchen/living area and access to the roof which is perfect for picnics/ sunbathing in the summer (see pic 6). Plus, it’s only a 2-minute walk from the station and high street, so everything you need is right nearby.

You’d be joining four friendly girls, all in their mid to late 20s. We all work in different fields but love coming together for dinners, wine nights, and the odd silly night out. We’re looking for someone chilled, tidy and sociable to come and be part of our little gang.
