Hello, we are looking for a new housemate as our current housemate has bought her own place! We are Lucie and myself (Stella) we met through spare room. We are a sociable clean and tidy household, we like to go out for dinner and drinks together, but also stay in chill and watch the traitors/MAFS!
We are looking for a female housemate who is clean, tidy and sociable. The room is a decent size, comes with bed and big wardrobe. There is a shared bathroom with one other housemate. If you need to work from home there is space in the living room to put a desk. Bills are not included in rent, they work out about £120 at the moment (including shared Netflix) this might change slightly.
Please note deposit is £1000 not £900 (wouldn’t let me change it)
A bit about us…
Stella (29)-I am a French and Spanish teacher. I like running, going to the gym, reading, cooking/baking, watching TV (MAFS, traitors, Great British Bake Off) and going to the pub.
Lucie (27)-I am an artwork project manager at itsu, working 2 days from home, 3 days in the Victoria office. I like music, good food, a nice coffee and walk in the park, reality TV, comedy shows, and my current hyperfixation = a game of pool
