One Bed, One Study Flat in Tooting Bec

We have a gorgeous one bedroom, one study flat on a quite, residential road just five minutes from Tooting Bec Underground. We have lived here almost two years and the only reason we are leaving is because we have bought our own place! The flat offers one big bedroom, a kitchen, separate living area, beautiful bathroom and study nook. We have a lovely landlord who has looked after us at every turn. The flat is unfurnished, however we will be leaving some bits and pieces behind, so happy to chat about this during viewings.

This is a lease transfer, flexible on moving dates and the transfer payment paid by us. Right to rent checks will be made prior to move in.
