Huge King-Size Room + Garden + Cleaner – Bills Inc

A gorgeous, bright and spacious king size room is becoming available in our lovely house share. I’m genuinely so sad to be leaving (I’m moving back to Scotland), but hoping to find someone who’ll love this home as much as I have.

Large double room with a king-sized bed

Two spacious wardrobes

Desk, chair and bedside tables can be left if needed

Plenty of natural light and storage

Mattress and chest of drawers are my own which won’t be left

👯 Your Future Flatmates:

You’d be living with the lovely Simona, Alicia and Rachel — all super friendly, working professionals. Everyone’s easygoing, sociable, and respectful of each other’s space. It’s a warm, relaxed home where you can have a chat over dinner but also enjoy your own downtime.

Beautifully decorated and super cosy
Large shared living room (recent new sofas) leading to a dining area

Spacious, fully equipped kitchen
Direct access to a lovely garden – perfect for summer evenings

Separate utility room with washing machine and brand new tumble dryer

Three bathrooms in total:

Two shower rooms on the top floor (shared with just one other girl)

One downstairs toilet and one other toilet on the top floor

Bills are all included - we also have a lovely cleaner who comes to us twice per month, cleaning shared spaces

🗓 Move-in Details:
I’m a little flexible on move-out dates.
Our landlord is brilliant — super responsive and easy to deal with.
