⭐ lovely 2 bed flat in a nice estate just off the Tooting Bec road
🚆 10 min walk to Tooting Bec station (Northern Line) and the 319/249 bus routes run just outside too
🛁 we have 2 bathrooms so no queue to use the bathroom in a morning! I have a little en-suite shower so the big main bathroom of the flat is essentially just yours to use day to day
🛋️unfurnished so your room will come empty but the communal spaces I have largely already furnished
🚗flat comes with 1x residents and 1x visitors parking permit - I don’t have a car so if you have one, our residents permit is all yours to use!

🎤i’m a 29 year old talent agent from near birmingham originally
😻the flat comes with a lil fluffy guy in the form of a white Persian chinchilla cat called Napoleon and he’s a real character (picture attached)
🎬i love going to the cinema, theatre, gigs/festivals and spending time with friends/family, going for a drink at the pub etc - my sister and lots of my friends live close by

Looking for:
🙋‍♀️ideally a professional female around 26-32 ish and doesn’t wfh all the time
🫧someone chilled, clean and considerate
😿someone who likes cats but doesn’t have a pet themselves - sorry! I ofc do all the day to day looking after but would be lovely for a housemate to be happy to feed him if ever I’m away or be happy for a friend/a cat sitter to swing by
🍻ofc ideally would love a nice fun housemate who ends up becoming a friend and is up for a movie night or a pub quiz but also likes their own space
