Hey! We have a lovely double bedroom available in our 4 bed end of terrace house in Tooting Bec ☺️

The room is available from the 9th of February 2025. Rent is £835 and bills are £110 a month on top. Deposit is £1238.

We have lived in the property for nearly a year now and we are looking for another girl of a similar age (27-32) to come join as I am relocating back to my home town for a new job opportunity.

You will be living with Nisha (Marketing - 30) ,Tash (HR - 29), and Molly (Fashion Merchandise - 28). They are all very sociable, enjoy hosting the odd gathering, going out for food and hanging out together but equally respectful of each other’s space.


The room itself is a large double with ample space for a desk or chair, depending on how you would style it. It has lovely double doors that can open up to create a very roomy environment or just the one can be used. The room comes semi furnished with items like the bed and wardrobe included however I will be selling some of my pieces such as the dressing table/desk and chest of drawers.

The house has 2 bathrooms and an extra downstairs toilet, a shared living room, a spacious garden and a garage. The house has plenty of storage options and feels like our little home not a house share.

We are situated a 10 minute walk from Tooting Bec tube in a lovely estate called Heritage Park. It is a really nice and safe area and there is also a bus stop close to the house which takes you straight to the tube on those rainy days when you don’t want to walk! There’s a convenience store 5 minute walk away or a Sainsbury’s local close to the tube. Tooting, Balham and Streatham have large supermarkets, both very short bus journey’s away.

We are very clean and respectful people and are looking for someone who is also respectful of the house and will help to keep it clean and a lovley place to live.


I have absolutely loved living in this room, it’s super bright with both of the windows over looking the back garden and predominantly sharing the middle floor bathroom with Tash. You do also have the option of using the top floor family bathroom which includes a bath.

I cannot speak more highly of these girls and whoever moves in will hopefully fit in well and become not just a housemate but a good friend.
