The house is very secure in a gated community and there is also a parking spot. Tooting bec station is a 5-10 min station and you can also walk to Wandsworth Common. It's a great location!

Bills are sorted between yourself and the 3 other housemates and you will access to fast internet.

Please note: A year ago the property was put on the market but we haven't had any viewings in about 6 months so it may have been taken down. Just be aware that could happen in the future, but you will be given plenty of notice.
