We are looking to welcome a new member into our household. We have all become friends and have a good balance of socialising together in the shared spaces and having downtime alone to relax and recharge.

Our ideal flatmate will be a student or professional who is considerate and clean, someone who loves books museums exhibitions art and music.

We are all in creative industries and enjoy spending time relaxing at home or out exploring the city.

Our area is very leafy and quiet but easily accessible to central London by tube or train. We have plenty of shops, supermarkets and independent cafes all within 5 - 15 mins walk either at Tooting Broadway, Tooting Bec or a 20 min walk to Balham and Streatham, buses are also available to all these areas.

We have a large spacious house, private garden, private parking and we all feel very safe in this neighbourhood even if it’s late at night.
