Large double in friendly Tooting Bec house share!

We have the perfect opportunity for someone in their late 20s to early-30s looking for a large and affordable room in a great SW flat share.

The people here are very friendly, and have a long history of welcoming new faces from around the world into our home. We will often sit together to watch movies or tv, listen to music, try fix world issues or cook or occasionally enjoy a wine or two – but we also live busy lives of our own and are great at respecting everyone’s space! The housemates currently include 3x English, 2x South African and 1x Australian (who is sadly moving out to head home.

🛏️The room is a large furnished double room with plenty of storage, enough room for a desk, bike and basically anything else you’d like. to bring with you. You’d be based on the ground floor of a three-story house sharing a bathroom with only one other person.

🏠The house itself is large, modern and spacious. We have a large living area with plenty of seating that opens up onto a great sized back yard. Each floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom (So no waiting for showers!)

🚂 We’re based in a really lucky spot. Tooting Bec Station (Northern Line) is a five-minute walk down the road, Tooting Common and tooting Lido is right on our doorstep, and we are just a few doors down from a great pub that has become a staple for everyone who has lived here.

Rent comes to roughly £830 (all bills included). Sometimes we may pay slightly less or slightly more depending on the season. The room is available from December 20th and we are keen to have the new housemate selected as soon as possible to avoid last minute plans.

At the moment we have 2 guys and 4 girls (soon to be 3 girls) and are open to either joining if they are the right fit. We really want to keep a good atmosphere. If you think you might be a good fit, let us know!
