Good size double room available in a friendly house share directly opposite tooting Bec common.

About the flat:

The flat itself is very spacious with a massive entry way & living room/kitchen and a cute balcony off the living room.

The flat is three rooms in total, two are situated on the main floor and a third upstairs. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person :)

About the flatmates:

You’d be living with Will (31) and Skyler (28), both are very easy going, friendly and clean.

Will works from home, plays football & is a fab cook.

Skyler is in the office 3 days a week, is social & very active.

As a flat we all have our own lives but enjoy going for a bev or sharing a meal when we are all around :)

Bills & dates:

We pay direct to the landlord 46 per month for council tax, water, wifi & then we manage the electric which is roughly 100 a month split between three (varies depending on the time of year).

Looking for someone to take over on December 4th, and sign onto a lease that runs for until Jan 2027
