Large room available in our shared house. The room comes furnished with a bed, two built-in wardrobes.

The house is a 4 bed property across 3 floors with a shared kitchen and living room. The property also has 2 bathrooms, a garden, a large garage/shed used for storage, washing machine, and 2 fridges. The house is located less than a 5 min walk from Tooting Bec tube station and Tooting Bec Common.

The room is £887.50. Bills not included - energy, council tax, wifi and water comes to c. £100 but varies seasonally.

The room is available because one of our housemates is moving out. We have all lived together for the last year. We're all good friends as well as housemates and so we're looking for someone who wants to be social and get involved in stuff we do as a house. We're not a 'laddy lad' house and we respect each other's work/sleep schedules as one of the guys is on changing shift patterns. We've all got varied interests, ranging from sports to beer.

We are looking for someone who wants to move in around 1st December. We would be looking for you to sign onto the existing tenancy that goes from now until end of November. Fees to do with amending the contract will be paid by the housemate leaving. The room price of £887.50 is the cost on the agreement, so it will not increase.
