I'm looking for a replacement for my room. It is a large double room in a lovely two bed ground floor garden flat in Tooting Bec/Balham.
You’ll be living with Holly (31), she is clean and tidy, works full time and travels a lot with work, but always up for dinner and trashy TV.
Move in: Flexible. January 2026 when the lease renews.
8 mins walk to Balham overground
3 mins walk to Tooting Bec Northern Line
Rent: 1200 per month
Bills: 120 per month each approx.
Deposit: 5 weeks rent
Other things to note: The room comes with bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The flat itself came part furnished. We currently share cleaning and household jobs around the house.
