Location:
The flat is located very near Tooting Common on a nice residential street. Tooting market is also nearby! Tooting Broadway station is a 13-minute walk, and Tooting Bec station is around 15 minutes away. Plenty of small shops nearby, and you can find a larger supermarket’s like lidl and Sainsbury’s on the main road.

The room:
The room is a decent size and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and a shelf desk.

Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with two Scottish girls, Mirren (24) and Shona (25), who both usually work from home 1–2 days a week. They're super friendly, social, and enjoy the occasional pub nights, as well as chilling at home. Looking for someone of a similar age who’s sociable and enjoys spending time together in the evenings but also appreciates their own space!

It’s worth noting that they’re both considering moving out early next year, so there may be the option to buddy up with new flatmates in the near future depending on timing etc.

Other info:
Unfortunately we don’t have a livingroom but we do have a small shared communal space that we use as an offfice/dining room!
The contract is currently on a rolling basis. Rent is paid on the 27th of each month.
