Location:

The flat is located very near Tooting Common on a nice residential street. Tooting market is also nearby! Tooting Broadway station is a 10/12-minute walk, and Tooting Bec station is around 15 minutes away. Plenty of small shops nearby, and you can find a larger supermarket’s like lidl and Sainsbury’s on tooting high street.

The room:

The room is a decent size and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, with space for a small desk.

Flatmates:

You’ll be sharing with two Scottish girls, Mirren (24) and Shona (25), who both usually work from home 1–2 days a week. They're super friendly, social, and enjoy the occasional pub nights, as well as chilling at home. Looking for someone of a similar age who’s sociable and enjoys spending time together in the evenings but also appreciates their own space.

The contract is on a rolling monthly basis, with no deposit required. Rent is paid on the 28th of each month.

Unfortunately we don’t have a livingroom but we do have a small shared communal space that we use as an office/dining room.
