💰 Rent: £818 per month + bills (deposit also required)
📍 Location: Right next to Tooting Bec Station (less than 2 mins walk!) — super close to Tooting Bec Common and only a 10-minute walk to Balham
🛏️ The room: A cosy small double, furnished with a double bed & mattress, chest of drawers, and a small clothing rail
