Large Double Room in Tooting Bec

We have a lovely double room available in our bright, spacious house in Tooting Bec, about a 10-minute walk from the station on the Northern Line.

The house has lots of natural light with skylights throughout, a modern kitchen, a garden, and a shared bathroom with one other person. The room is a large double and fully furnished, but we have a shed if you’d prefer to store or remove any furniture.

You’d be living with Tom (26, furniture designer), Cam (25, marketing), and Jess (24, physiotherapist). We’re a friendly, social house that enjoys cooking and eating together, binge watching, occasionally playing tennis and having BBQs in summer in the garden! But we also respect each other’s space and downtime.

We’re looking for a girl to keep the balance in the house. Ideally someone easygoing, tidy, and sociable.

Rent is £950 per month and the room is available from 2nd December.
