Hey :) I’m looking either a couple or single person to join my home in mid to end of January (flexible on move in date) for a long term let.
Gorgeous well looked after 2 bed flat with large garden (w/ hot tub) and balcony, large kitchen and separate living room w/ workspace.
This large room includes a big wardrobe and double bed. There is space for desk so ideal for WFH. The bedroom is situated at the back of the property away from the main road.
I am a full time cafe manager and in my final 6 months of training as a psychotherapist.
I have lived here for 5 years and truly consider this my home, I have a 10yr old pug called Hippo who is the best company.
I love cooking for others, watching TV, making clothes and enjoying craft beers at the local pubs.
A comfortable, friendly, open household is most important to me.
Rent is £1400 PCM plus bills (average bills are £200-230 a month which includes council tax and all utilities). A full credit check and contract signing will be required by the estate agents and I am only interested in a serious long term letter. Deposit £1150.
1.5 yrs left on letting agreement, end of sept 2027, break clause end of sept 2026.
30 second walk from Tooting Bec underground station and Sainsbury’s local, minutes from great local pubs and Tooting Common and Lido, Balham and Tooting Broadway. A fantastic location!
