Large top floor double bedroom in Tooting Bec!

We have a room up for grabs in our lovely, friendly house in Tooting Bec!

🏠The house is a 4 bed with a study, large kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms and a cute garden. It is perfectly located on Romberg Rd, just a 5-minute walk to the tube and a 2-minute walk to the common.

👯‍♀️You would be living with Beth, Steph and Ella (26-29) who are all absolutely lovely. We all met on Spareroom and whilst everyone in the house is quite busy and has their own lives, when we're in, we enjoy cooking and having a chat in the kitchen, watching trash TV in the evenings, and the occasional pub trip. Everybody in the house is very clean and respectful, and it's genuinely a lovely place to call home.

🛌The room is huge, at the top of the house with the whole floor to itself. It shares the top bathroom, which has a walk in shower and bathtub, with one other person. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, multiple wardrobes, bookcase and large chest of drawers. There’s also eves in the room so plenty of storage. Our housemate who is moving out also has a desk, desk chair and two bedside cabinets she would be willing to sell to you and leave in the room.

💵Rent is £1045 per month and actually fixed for 3 years if you want to stay on. Bills are around £70 per month and a cleaner that comes bi-weekly which we pay £24 a month for each. The landlord has also set a minimum salary of £30k for the room.

💁‍♀️We are looking for a girl around the same age (26-32) to move in on the 6th of January.
