Double bedroom in modern 3 bed house

We’ve got a furnished, cosy double room going in our modern, gated house just a 5-minute walk from Tooting Bec Station. Super convenient location, very safe, and genuinely a lovely place to come home to.

Rent is £900. Most bills aren’t included, but broadband and electricity are covered. The room is available from 1st December, but the move-in date is flexible. Please note, the bed pictured will be replaced with a double bed.

The room itself is comfortable, bright, and has loads of cupboard space. The house has a chilled shared living area where we cook, chat, or decompress after work, plus a small but lovely garden that’s perfect for a morning coffee or a summer drink/BBQ.

You’d be living with two late-20s/early-30s guys, both full-time professionals who are out most of the day. We’re friendly, respectful, keep things clean without being obsessive, and always up for a chat or a trip to the pub or Tooting Market.

Location-wise, it’s ideal:
• 5 mins to Tooting Bec tube
• 2 mins to Tooting Common (great for runs, walks, or relaxing)
• Tooting Bec Lido just around the corner
• Amazing pubs, Tooting Market, restaurants, cafés, and bakeries nearby
• Balham, Clapham, Earlsfield, and Wimbledon are all a quick bus or walk away
