Hi there, we’re looking for someone to take over a room in our Tooting Bec 3 bed, as our current housemate is moving out.
We’re two young professionals - Miles (25, KPMG) + Sam (24, Civil Servant). Both very sociable, friendly and solid chat. Will play/watch any sport, enjoy a pint, but also respect the balance of a night in. No preference on guys/girls.
House is in an excellent location, 7 minute walk from Tooting Bec tube station (Northern Line) and 10 minutes from Tooting Broadway. Also close to Balham.
