Double ensuite parking in lovely 2 bed house

My housemate is moving out of London for a new job in Bristol. I'm gutted he's leaving and I want someone to replace him in our lovely house close to Wandsworth Common.

I've put both rooms on this ad but I'm only looking to fill one of them - I'm will take whicever room is left.

🗓️We are flexible on move in date - any time from early Dec onwards

🌡️Bills cost £125-135 a month each (very cheap Wandsworth council tax).

🏡The property
- 2 bed terraced house on a lovely quiet close
- Outside we have a patio and decking + allocated (free) parking space that you can use
- Ground floor has an open plan kitchen, dining room, living room and office. Lots of natural light with triple doors opening onto the decking.
- We have a large desk on the ground floor and there is space for two people to WFH at the same time using the desk + dining room table.

🛏️The rooms

- The first floor has the larger bedroom (£1150 a month) with a double bed, dual aspect, large walk in wardrobe, lots of under bed storage. Plus a huge modern bathroom with bath and overhead shower for your sole use.

- The second (top) floor has the smaller loft room (£875) with ensuite for your sole use. Includes lots of storage space in the eaves.

- I'm a male 28 year old civil servant.
- Manchester born and bred
- I'm gay and single
- I tend to WFH 3 days in every fortnight. I'm looking for someone who does similar, so we can both get the odd WFH day and the house to ourself.
- I have many hobbies - cooking, running, gym, board games, reading, TV, badminton, exploring London, travel.
- I treat this as my home and would like to find someone to share it with me and make it their home too
- I'm a relaxed housemate. I keep the place clean and I like to chat to the person I live with most days to keep each other company. I'm very happy to leave you to your own devices or to watch some TV or grab the occasional pint with you. I love walking locally and would be very happy to go for walks with my housemate and enjoy our lovely green spaces.
- This isn't a party house but we have the night tube - so feel free to come back late on weekends. Also feel free, within reason, to have guests over.

- The lease ends in late September, at which point we could choose together to renew or not
- The landlord lives round the corner from us
