Room available in Tooting Bec

Hey!
I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in Tooting Bec from the start of jan but I can be flexible for move in date to be late December as I am returning to Ireland for good!

The double room has loads of space and furnished (there is a big wardrobe in the room which isnt captured in the photo). There is a shared upstairs bathroom with and another downstairs toilet, open lounge and kitchen, extra study room/washing room, big garden and has car parking.

The house is only a 5mins walk to the Tooting Bec underground, 10mins walk from Tooting Broadway underground and 15mins walk from Balham overground and underground station. Also the house is a 10min walk from Tooting common. There is a big Lidl only 5min walk from the house and a big Sainsbury’s 10mins walk away. There is also a Tesco express 5min walk away too.

You’ll be living with three lovely girls who are aged 28-31 (looking for someone in a similar age) who work in the city and in entertainment.

Rent is £1025 and bills are approx £70-£90 per month.
