Due to our housemate moving in with her family to save, we currently have a large en-suite double studio room available in our lovely house share from the 29th November (flexible).
About the room/house:
The double room comes furnished with built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a king sized bed and a small bedside table. The room includes a kitchenette which includes cupboards, a sink, 4 electric hobs, a small fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, sink and a toilet.
We have a spacious shared kitchen/dining area, living room and great outdoor space with seating to enjoy during the summer! There are also 2 other bathrooms - one on the ground floor fitted with a shower & toilet and one on the middle floor fitted with a shower-bath & toilet.
The house is located on a residential street just 5 minutes walk from Tooting Bec station (Northern Line) and has all local amenities available along with plenty of bars and restaurants. Wandsworth Common and Tooting Common are also a short 10 minute walk. On-street parking permits are also available outside the house.
About the housemates:
We are 3 friendly, clean and sociable housemates all over 30 years old, who work the usual 9-5 and like to enjoy the occasional glass of wine/evening chats or housemate outings to Tooting Market. There are two of us that currently work from home although the house is big enough that you wouldn't notice plus the room is more than large enough to work from comfortably. We all have quite busy lives and our own friend groups, but at the same time we enjoy watching films together, going to our local pub or out for dinner now and then.
Rent/Bills:
Rent is £1345 and paid on the 15th of every month. Bills are currently £84 a month.
Deposit is £692.
