The room:
It is a spacious room with a double bed on the ground floor. It has good natural lighting, comes already furnished with a double bed and has plenty of space for other furniture you might want (easily space for a desk and a wardrobe et cetera).
The house:
The house has a garden with a permanent Barbeque and a bike shed along with a front room with a big TV and comfy sofas. Includes a washing machine, dishwasher and a gas range.
The location:
It's a 3-5 minute walk to Tooting Bec tube station (Northern Line but early enough to get you a seat in the morning), with loads of gyms, pubs and parks nearby.
The housemates:
We're all into rugby, football, going to the gym, going to the pub, running, reading, et cetera. We just want someone who respects the space, is decently sociable and outgoing and has a good vibe.
