The first available bedroom is £1000 per calendar month and is ready for move in asap. The bedroom is situated on the top floor with a new, modern bathroom. This room is the largest within the house and has direct access to the loft. The bedroom comes with a large double wardrobe and other furniture can be discussed. There is a skylight and patio door also within this room and the bedroom is situated next to a modern bathroom.

The second bedroom is situated on the first floor of the maisonette house. The bedroom comes with x1 spacious double wardrobe, one bed and other smaller pieces of furniture. This room will be available from mid-January for £925.

Deposits are inclusive of 5 weeks rent.
The rest of the house is completely furnished including one large sofa and a smart TV (now larger than the image shown). The house has two full bathrooms with two toilets and two showers.
Bills tend to range from £80-£150 per month. Tooting Bec station is a short 7 minute walk away.
