We are looking for two people to put in an offer tonight (please see vid & pics below) to make this a mixed household.

The property is available immediately, so we’re looking to move ASAP.

* Price: Room splits TBC, but approximately £900–£1,050pp

* ⁠Deposit: Approx £1,150pp

* Bills: Likely around £100pp

* Patio area

We are easy-going professionals who enjoy socialising and are keen to find flatmates who want to be friends and make the house a proper home.

We were the first to view the property, so we’re keen to get offers in quickly! The landlord is happy to furnish the place with double beds and wardrobes for rooms that don’t have built-in storage, as well as sofas. We also have a video we can share if you’re interested, and we can all jump on a FaceTime this evening to meet each other and check the fit.
