Hello, we are looking for a new flatmate to fill our room in Tooting Bec.
We are 3x females two brits and one Aussie, all working office jobs Monday - Friday. We get on well and enjoy socialising when we can, having movie nights in or a trip to the pub. We also socialise in our own groups which keeps a nice balance. We would love to find someone who has a similar vibe. Ideally a professional female aged 24-35 but we are open minded!
The flat is well located, just 5 minutes walk from Tooting Bec station and also 5 minutes from the common. We have a cleaning roster so the flat is kept tidy. The room is large and gets lots of natural light. Bills are included in the rent.
We are looking to find someone as soon as possible as our 4th housemate has found a new job and she would like to move before Christmas.
