Hey girls! We’re looking for a girl to take over the contract for my furnished double room in a 3-bedroom flat in Tooting Bec from mid-January, as I’m moving out to be closer to the office.

About the flat and the area:

The flat has a really friendly girly feel and we are looking for someone who wants to be friends as much as a housemates, and enjoys things like girly wine nights and cosy evenings in front of the TV (traitors was a big hit)! The girls have been in the house since May 2024 on this road since 2022 - it’s a brilliant place to live, feels super safe, has a Sainbury’s 1 minute away and is close by all of the SW London hotspots and soo close to the tube.

The flat is really well situated:

• 2 minute walk from Tooting Bec tube station (Northern Line)

• 5 minute walk to Tooting Common

• 10-15 minute walk to Balham high street and the overground

• 10-15 minute walk from Tooting Broadway

• Buses all over London, with bus stops less that 2 mins from the flat

The room:

• You’d be taking over my small but cosy furnished double room

• The double bed and mattress, wardrobe and great underbed storage are included

• I'm also happy to sell my ikea chest of drawers to the new tenant

• Large bathroom with a shower and a bath

• Spacious, cosy living room

• Separate dining room, perfect for hosting sip and paints and dinners

You’ll be living with two lovely professional ladies working full time, who are both social, clean and respectful of the shared space: Malavya (28) works in finance and Olivia (28) works in publishing.

• A chill, clean and tidy girl over the age of 25, working full time, hybrid office/WFH, who wants to join a friendly, girly and cosy house in South West London

The finer details:

• Rent is £925pcm plus bills, approx £100PM

• The current contract runs until August 2026

• You will be a named tenant on the contract so would need to pass standard tenant checks through our lettings agent

• Deposit of £1,115

• The room is available from mid-January, some flexibility on move-in date is possible
