The bed is a large single (4ft) and your own bathroom is located in the hall
I own the flat and live here alone so you'll only share with me. I'm a young minded cool independent well lived and well travelled scouser. See my reviews on Airbnb and l'm not always home
I'll enjoy a chat and banter but will also respect your quiet downtime moments

I'd like someone who just respects the space and is sensible enough to lock up when heading out.....and preferably someone who's not using it as a working from home office every day

Tooting Broadway 15 min walk
Balham and Streatham 10/15 mins walk across the common, really nice
Bus stop #319 to trendy Northcote Rd and Clapham Junction and Chelsea 2 min walk
