The room is £787 per month and then each house mate takes care of certain bills and then you just set up a direct debit to them for those. I currently look after the gas and electric which the housemates transfer me for so you will be taking that on when you move in.

Viewings on Mondays would be preferred as I always have those off and my days off in the week always change so will have to schedule viewings as and when I can.
