We’re looking for someone to take over a large ground-floor double room in our lovely 4-bed, 2-bath Tooting home, as our housemate has sadly headed back to Ireland 🇮🇪

📅 Move-in: Available now, but ideally a lease takeover from 10th Jan (flexible on exact date)
📝 Lease: Until 9th August 2026
💰 Rent: £925 per month
🔐 Deposit: £1,096
💡 Bills: Approx. £125/month (includes a fortnightly cleaner – yes, a dream). Council tax: Wandsworth

The house is fully furnished with a spacious kitchen, comfy living room, two bathrooms, and a garden that’s perfect for summer spritzes, BBQs, or a classic Sunday chill.

📍 Location:
We’re perfectly placed between Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) both just a 5-minute walk. Tesco Express and Lidl are 2 minutes away, with Sainsbury’s close by for bigger shops (soon to have Gails and M&S!)

The girls are big fans of brunching, netball, trashy TV, F45 sessions, and the occasional cheeky drink at Tooting Market. We’re often out and about on weekends but also love a cosy night in.

🏡 Who we’re looking for:
We’re open to male or female housemates, ideally late 20s/early 30s, sociable, respectful, and keen to treat the house like a home ❤️ Office-based/hybrid schedule preferred (but not essential), and ideally someone looking to stay until the end of the lease.
