Double bedroom + private office in large garden

Double bedroom in a ground floor flat and a private office with a pullout sofa bed for guests (exclusive use of the garden office I only need it for bike storage), shared bathroom. Situated on a peaceful cul-de-sac, near to shops, cafés, pubs, Tooting Bec tube station, Tooting common and Tooting Market. Lots of great places to see and explore in south London. I've been airbnbing the room out for a while so it is ready to move into and fully furnished.

I think this would really suit someone who works from home/hybrid who wants their own space, I would say the office and the garden are the standout features.

I'm a doctor so I work days, nights, long days and occasional weekends so you should get the flat to yourself quite often. I think an ideal flatmate for me would be someone who wants to share cooking and keeps the place tidy, after that I'm happy with whatever! I'm learning Portuguese so any Portuguese speakers would be an added bonus.
