Double room in a lovely houseshare (Tooting Bec)

Hi!

I'm sadly moving out to go travelling, so my room will be available from January 24th (though this is flexible, with the potential to move in slightly earlier).

The house is lovely and spacious - we have a big, bright and airy lounge area, a separate study area/dining room, a kitchen, plenty of workspace, and a garden with a bbq, which has been great for summer.

You'd be living with two others, Harry and Lauren - they're both friendly, 28 year-old professionals who like a good chat and to hang out/head to the pub on occasion, but also respect each other's space. The house has a laid-back vibe, and is owned by two sisters who used to live here, so it feels nice and homely. We're looking for someone who likes to socialise/hang out at the house and make it a home, but is also happy to have their own thing going on :)

We're right next to Tooting Common which is great for running, and Tooting Bec tube is a 10-minute walk away with lots of good pubs and restaurants nearby. Tooting Broadway and Tooting Market are around a 15-minute walk away, and Balham is around 20 minutes away. I've personally loved the location (there's also a group WhatsApp for the street), and am sad to be leaving!

Bills come to around £100 a month, and the current contract is due to end on 30 September but can then be extended if you want to stay longer.
