Hi! Currently looking for someone to take over my room from 1st Feb to the end of the tenancy on the 7th April as I am moving in with my partner. The house is less than a 5 minute walk to Tooting Bec underground station, with Balham and Wandsworth common just a stones throw away!
Rent is £740 per month including bills. The room is very big and includes a huge built in wardrobe, bed, mattress and desk. The room is in the downstairs floor so you will only be sharing a bathroom with 1 other! There is also a spacious shared living room and garden.
My current housemates are all lovely, we are all chilled and love doing our own thing but also happy to socialise too!
