Double room to rent in Tooting Bec - 1 minute walk from northern line tube station. 5 minute bus from Balham overground and great bus connections.

Room is a lovely double room with a separate bathroom downstairs (we have ensuite separately). Use of all communal living areas and kitchen - there is also a lovely garden which is great in summer.

We’re Giles and Molly and looking to rent our room in our flat. We’re 35 and 28 (married). Giles works centrally in Victoria most days and Molly works at St George’s hospital in tooting.

Looking for someone to share our home with us. Would suit a professional person looking for a room.
