Quiet room in professional house

Looking for a new flatmate to complete the house now that one of us has moved back to Oxford. The house itself is part of a quiet, gated square with secure access and CCTV. It’s also a 5-7min walk to Tooting Bec Station, with two Tescos, a Sainsbury’s, Lidl and a couple of gyms within 15min walk radius (plus a range of charity shops, cafes, etc).

The room is the only bedroom on the ground floor and you’d share a bathroom with one other (plus a WC by your room that no one else really goes in). It comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, and a beside table.

Bills are on top of rent and come to about £115/month for gas, electric, water, broadband, tv licence, and council tax (band: G).

Who we are:
- Rebecca D., works in marketing/ops management, likes D&D and books.
- Rebecca S., works in employability, likes the traitors and socialising.
- Daniel, works in sales and freelance creative, likes video games and watching TV/movies.

Who we’re looking for:
- Someone tidy, respectful, and clean. Mature enough to understand everyone’s spaces and the dynamics of a shared house.
- Ideally not named Rebecca or Daniel (but we’re open to the chaos).

NB: for full transparency, the house has been listed for sale on Rightmove since November 2024, but we have not had a single viewing last year.
