The location is honestly amazing 💚 — just a 7-minute walk to Tooting Bec station and right opposite Tooting Common, which is perfect for walks, runs, or summer picnics with friends. An off street parking permit is also available at an additional cost if needed.
A little about me ✨ I’m friendly, sociable, and very tidy, but I also love a cosy night in. I work as an operations manager in St Paul’s and I’m in the office 2–3 days a week, so the flat is usually quiet and well looked after. My current housemate is moving back home to save money, but we’ve had such a lovely setup here.
I’m ideally looking for a working professional (girlies preferred, no students sorry) who’s clean, respectful, and easy-going, and who enjoys a peaceful, homely vibe.
