My friend and I are moving back to our home countries, so we’re looking for someone to take over the room.

The room comes fully furnished with a double-size bed, large wardrobe, drawer, small cabinet, mirror, and I can also leave my large desk if you’d like.

The current contract runs until 18 March, but the existing flatmate is planning to extend the contract after that, so you don’t need to worry about the end date.
Reference checks are required before moving in.
The flat has 3 bedrooms (one is en-suite).
The other two rooms share one bathroom.
