I am looking for 2 new housemates in this newly refurbished bought ground floor flat in Tooting Bec! 🙂

This flat is in an amazing location! Just around 3 minute walk from Tooting Bec station on a beautiful red brick housing road! It is just off the high street and is close to shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and gyms!

The 2 rooms available are the ones closest to the kitchen :)

There is a huge beautiful newly refurbished living room which is separate to the kitchen and dining space. There is a great sized shared bathroom with bath and shower facilities. Both rooms will be furnished with a bed, wardrobe and drawers but more than welcome to bring your own! There is also a garden which will be lovely for a summer bbq ofcourse! 🌞

So far there is just me in this house as it is newly bought so looking for 2 friendly, clean, respectable, fun and sociable girls to join me! Working professionals preferred.

I’m Amani and I’m 28! I’m an interior architect so ofcourse I love a bit of interior design🤭 I’m in the office every day apart from Thursdays and I like socialise on the weekends.

Requirements:

- Rent for each individual room : £1100 (bills excluded)
- Deposit : £1100 per room (1 months rent)
- Right to rent in the UK
- Professionals preferred
- Standard referencing and affordability checks

I will be getting the keys end of Jan so viewings will be from anytime then. However also more than happy to arrange a viewing before but I am away January 15-28th so someone else might be able to show you around.
