Hey, we have a double room available in our 3 bed house share.

The room comes fully furnished with its own walk in wardrobe (in the hallway), a brand new double bed (old bed is in the picture) and shelving unit. The room is available asap but we can be flexible on move in date. Landlord will require references

The house has two bathrooms, a great sized living room and kitchen with a great modern finish and a garden which will be lovely in the summer. There is plenty of storage space throughout the house too.

Rent is £900 and this includes electricity and internet but all other bills are our responsibility.

The house is situated a 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec station, 20 minutes into central London on the northern line. It’s also perfectly placed to be walking distance from lots of great pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Wimbledon, Balham, Clapham and Battersea are all a very short commute away too.
