Tooting Bec - single room 14th May or later, £620

🏡Hello! We’re looking for someone to fill our flatmate’s box room equidistant from Tooting Bec & Broadway stations (10 mins walk to the tube stations). It’s small but fits a dresser and single bed as shown in photos and has a nice window overlooking the street.

We are:
- Emily (25)
- Tanyel (23)
-Ellie (25)

Looking for another girl ideally roughly in this age range to join us! We all work full-time with a blend of WFH and office.

We’re a laid back household that loves a Parkrun & pastry on Saturdays and a couple of pints at the Selkirk (3 min walk!)

Logistics:
£620 for rent
Bills including council tax usually come to less that 100 a month
The tenancy changeover fee is £50 one-off.

Our flatmate Aidan has just moved out and would love somebody’s ready to move in before the 15th Jan! Next rent is due on the 16th Jan x
