Hi everyone, I am moving out of this lovely flat as I recently moved jobs and the commute time is a bit much for me, so looking for a replacement. Details below:
📈The Boring Stuff:
* Move-in Date: 1 year lease takeover on a fixed agreement from 10th Feb 2026 (fixed end date is currently 9th Feb 2027). Possibility of extending on a rolling basis after.
* Share of Rent: £1k/month (includes water bill). Total rent for the flat is £2.1k/month.
* Deposit: £1153.50 (+£50 name change fee)
* Bills: Currently approx. £90/month
* Criteria: Our estate agent requires someone in full time employment earning £29k+ and usual reference checks apply
📌Location
The flat is based in the Heritage Park developments just opposite Tooting Bec Common.
* 10 min walk from Tooting Bec Station (Northern line) and short walk from multiple bus routes
* 3 min walk to Tooting Bec Common, 5 min walk to the Tooting Bec Athletics Track & Gym and 10 min walk to Tooting Bec Lido
* 5 min walk to our nearest corner shop, 10 min walk to Sainsbury’s Local and short drive from a few retail parks
* 2 min walk to the doctors and short walk away from multiple pubs, coffee shops, restaurants and pilates studios
🏡The Flat/The Room
The apartment is 2 bed, 2 bathroom and comes with 2 x parking permits. The room is a cosy double and you essentially have primary use of the main bathroom as the other flatmate has a small ensuite.
The flat is technically unfurnished but the other flatmate has already furnished the communal spaces and I am happy to leave my double bed frame and mattress for free in the room. I might also be able to leave the white Ikea chest of drawers you see in the bathroom.

I’m Izzy (29), an entertainment talent agent originally from Birmingham. I’m office-based 4 days/week. Liking cats is essential as we’ll have a proper character in the form of my indoor Persian Napoleon living with us too.
I love a good concert / cinema trip / book / festival and like going out with my friends/family but also looove being at home and I like to keep the flat super chilled and cosy.
Ideally looking for a clean, sociable housemate in their late 20s/early 30s who is keen to treat the flat like a home. Ideally female but it’s not a deal breaker! I would love to be friends as well as housemates with whoever moves in and have nights in binge watching TV series or going for the odd drinks. Summer is looooovely in Tooting Bec with the common and the Lido down the road from us. Ideally you’d have a similar office-based work schedule as the room’s probably not the right fit for someone who works from home a lot.
