My lovely housemates are moving out of London, so looking to fill their rooms in our 3-bed terraced house in Tooting Bec. Looking for two girls (25–30 ish) to take over their rooms from early February (exact move-in date TBC).

🏡 The house
It’s a spacious, homely terrace on a quiet residential road, with a large kitchen, separate dining area and living room, and a garden that’s great in summer. It’s a really nice, relaxed place to live. The house comes fully furnished.

🛏 The rooms
• Smaller double: £880 pcm (space for desk in lounge if needed)
• Larger double: £970 pcm
(Bills not included — roughly 100, depending on weather)

You’d be living with me, 28, work in marketing, play netball, and all the basic SW girly activities - I’m very friendly and sociable and looking for someone who’ll fit well in the house ☺️

Tooting Bec — 5-minute walk to Tooting Bec tube station, with great transport links plus lovely local cafés, shops and green spaces nearby.
