The room is spacious, bright and homely. There’s plenty of space for a proper desk and home-working setup. It comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, shoe rack and optional bedside table. A large bathroom with bath and shower is shared with one other flatmate.

Situated across the road from Tooting Bec Common, which is viewable from the living room balcony. Tube is close and there are regular buses running just outside the house. There is lots of free parking available in the residential close. The area feels safe and friendly.

The flat has a large open-plan living space, full kitchen, and a great layout that makes it feel more like a home than a standard house share.

You’ll be sharing with two professional males who are respectful, clean, social and friendly. They enjoy hanging out, watching things together and chatting, but they also both have our own lives and routines.

Additional perks include many, many Ninja & Shark products. Coffee, Creami, Airfryer, Indoor Grill… and also Vacuums if that’s your thing
