• 5 min walk from Tooting Bec Underground
• Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Fitness First all within a 5 min walk too
• Tooting Commons just a 3 min walk away, perfect for running, walks, summer sports or picnics
• Quiet residential road but still close to high street with lots of restaurants

🏡 The Flat
• Spacious and homely flat in a terraced Victorian house
• 3 bed flat with 2 full bathrooms (one is for the en-suite room)
• Large open-plan living room and kitchen
• Access to a garden patio just for our flat

🛏️ The Room
• En-suite double: £850pcm. Furnished with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and closet. This room also has a private patio area that is not pictured! Available from 16th Feb earliest


💸 Finances & Admin
• Rent: £850pcm
• Bills not included: roughly £75 per person pcm on average
• Deposit is actually £1090 per room (SpareRoom rules don’t let me make it that high)
• The first rent obligation would be Feb 20th
• Room is available to move in from 16th Feb
We would have a maximum of four people living in the flat, but overnight guests are welcome too

You’d be living with myself (M28) and our two new flatmates, Shrishti (23F) and Aayush (M25).

A bit about me: I work in insurance and I’m in the office 2-3 days a week. I’m into running, bouldering, lots of artsy/outdoorsy things and am always up for a pint. I’m quite social but respectful of everyone’s personal space and me-time!
