Room comes with double bed, bedside table, under bed storage and a wardrobe.

The flat itself has 3 bedrooms, a lovely spacious and light living room and a good size kitchen with washing machine, dining table and all the essentials. There is a shared garden with the downstairs flat out the back.

Tooting Bec station is just a 2 minute walk for the northern line.

Council tax band D and included in bills which are about 150 a month.

Looking for a flatmate that is laid back, clean and respectful of shared spaces.

4 months left on current tenancy but there could be potential to renew.
