Hi ladies! I’m very sad to be leaving my lovely 3 bed flat with two friends in Tooting Bec, only leaving as I’m moving back in with family.
The house is just a 2-3 minute walk from Tooting Bec station (northern line) and is very convenient for commutes, but is located on a quiet residential street. The rent is £1000pcm and we usually pay around £150 in bills per month. The tenancy is ongoing until the 24th October 2026 with potential opportunity to extend if people are interested closer to the time. The deposit is about 5 weeks rent, and it will require signing the tenancy agreement.
About the flatmates:
Rosie is 26 and works full time as a social worker, mainly in the office but occasionally will wfh.
Molly is 23 and works full time in fashion, 4 days in the office and one day wfh.
It’s a really nice flat with a nice balance between being sociable and chatty, and having our own space. We’re all very chilled and enjoy watching tv together in the evenings some days, and will go for coffee and pub trips together when we’re in the mood, but also very much value our space and alone time as people who all are very busy with work! Hopefully someone will be interested in this vibe ✨The flat is very homey and we’ve tried to make it feel not too share housy, and it’s kept pretty clean and tidy.
Just fyi the bedroom has a bed frame and a mattress, a clothes rail and a small chest of drawers in there!
