Room Available In Tooting Bec From 28Th March 🫶🏽

Myself and my flatmate, Emma, are resigning for another year at our 3-bed flat in Tooting Bec, and are looking for a fun girly to move into our stunning large room from Sat 28th March.

📍Location: 8 min walk to Tooting Bec station

💰 Rent: £1138 pcm + bills (£90-120, dependant on time of year - council tax £27 each pcm)

📆 Move-in date: from Sat 28th March

🪴 Room details: very spacious partly-furnished room with two double windows to let in lots of light, a large built-in wardrobe, and two free-standing cupboards either side of the bed.

🛋️ Flat details: a well-lit flat with large windows, along a gorgeous, safe and quiet road, with a summery balcony that overlooks the gardens of residents along our road. We live on the top floor (2nd), so we don’t get disrupted by anybody above. We’re all kitted out with a coffee machine, juicer, a TV, etc. which we’re happy for everyone to use.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US:

→ ALEX (26): self-employed social media creative lead and shoot director

→ EMMA (24): Solicitor Apprentice at a law firm

We’re both quite active, sociable and ‘yes’ people who’re always down for the pub but equally love having people over for dinner or nights in! 🫶🏽

We’re really close with girls who live in the flat opposite to ours (some of them are in the pics we’ve added), and we very regularly pop over to each other’s flats for catch ups, go out for wholesome walks and days out, and go out for the occasional (husband-hunting) night out 🫣😂

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A GIRL WHO…
